Nous cherchons un grand 3 1/2 ou petit/moyen 4 1/2 entre Gilford, Cherrier, Hotel-de-vill et de Lorimier sur le Plateau a Montreal, Quebec. Nous payerons 750$ incluant hydro... cherchant pour 1e mai ou apres... meme debutant en aout ou 1e septembre est ok...

Looking for apt in Plateau Mont-Royal between Lorimier, Gilford, Cherrier and Hotel-de-ville starting anytime after May 1st, even Aug. or Sept. 1st start okay. Looking for Grand 3 1/2 or petit/moyen 4 1/2. Also, exchange possible... want to move out of beautiful 3 1/2 deux pas de Parc lafontaine, deux minutes de Mont-Royal Ave Est. Like to find someone to move in early to mid-May (after the 6th, say). Only 670$ plus bills (slightly too small for us, also we want to see what else is out there, as it's only our second year in Montreal.)
